  • Our products contain active natural extracts and ingredients. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application are not covered by this policy.

  • The policy also does not cover repercussions arising from specific sensitivities towards a product/ingredient. It’s advised to conduct patch tests as cautioned in every product.

Refund Policy

  • VN AROMA is not responsible for any damage after delivery.

  • An unboxing video with the original packaging is mandatory for claims regarding missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products.

  • For refunds, contact customer care at 9821702106 or email info@vnaroma.in with necessary images and videos, and include the subject line “Refund For [Order Number].”

  • If the package is tampered with, damaged, or defective, refuse to accept it from the delivery partner.

  • Contact customer care at 9821702106 if the order is marked as delivered but not received within 3 days. No refunds will be issued after this period.

  • Refunds do not include delivery charges, as they are non-refundable by delivery partners.

  • For COD refunds, the amount will be initiated to the bank account shared by the customer within 4-7 working days.

  • Claims for refunds should be made within 24 hours of delivery with all the relevant details.

  • Once accepted, refunds may take up to 15 days to be credited from the date of approval by VN AROMA.

  • VN AROMA will provide all relevant transaction details and screenshots once the refund is initiated.

Return Policy

  • In extreme cases (leakage, broken, or missing items due to transit), a refund or exchange may be initiated after thorough verification.

  • Customers should contact customer care within 24-48 hours if they receive a damaged, broken, or leaked product.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations can only be processed before dispatch from the warehouse.

  • A 2.5% gateway charge will apply for cancellations.

  • Refunds for paid orders will be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If the order is returned to the seller (prepaid orders), a ₹75 deduction will apply.
